Account and workspaces
Switch between and create workspaces
One account can hold up to ten workspaces, each a separate board. How to move between them and add another.
A workspace has its own board, inbox, team, settings and notifications. Use one per product, or one for customers and one for colleagues.
Switch
Click the workspace name in the top bar. The menu lists your workspaces with your role in each and a count of what is unread, most recently used first.
Create another
- Open the switcher and click + Create workspace.
- Enter a Workspace name and a Board address.
- Click Create my board.
You are its owner and its only member until you invite others. An account can be in ten workspaces.
Rename a workspace or change its address
Owners and admins do both under SettingsGeneral. After an address change the old address keeps leading to the board for 30 days.
