One list for every source
Ideas posted on the board, ideas a teammate adds for a customer who wrote in, and ideas imported from a Canny export sit in the same list, each marked with where it came from. The board side is the feature request board.
Kjerr is a feedback tracker for product teams: every request lands in one shared list with a status, a vote count and the people who asked, and each teammate gets a personal queue of what changed since they last looked. There is no spreadsheet to keep in step.
Feedback tracking breaks when the tracker is a copy that someone updates after reading a ticket. In Kjerr the tracker is the place the feedback lands, so it is never behind.

Under consideration, Planned, In Development, Shipped, Declined by default, renamed and reordered as you like. Set one with a number key. The public roadmap follows at once.
Each idea shows its votes and the people behind them, with company, plan and MRR when your product passes them. Reports counts the ideas still awaiting a response.
A shared list goes unread because nobody knows which part of it is theirs. In Kjerr each teammate has three tabs: My inbox, All ideas and Done.
Customer feedback tracking only counts demand correctly when the same request is one item, not five. Kjerr removes duplicates at three points.
Kjerr is feedback tracking software for the customer side of the work. It does not try to be the team's task board. These are deliberately not in the product:
Product teams at SaaS companies of any size, from startups to enterprise, that want a public feedback board, a team-only roadmap scored with RICE, and reliable follow-up emails without a help-desk suite or a per-seat bill. If the tracker you need has assignees and deadlines, keep your issue tracker for that and use Kjerr for the requests and the replies. What the numbers say once the feedback is tracked is covered in the guide to customer feedback analysis.
A feedback tracker is a single list of what customers asked for, where each item carries a status, a count of who wants it and a record of what the team replied. It answers two questions at any moment: what is waiting for us, and what did we tell the people who asked.
A spreadsheet is a copy that someone has to keep up to date. In Kjerr the tracker is where the feedback arrives: customers post and vote on the board, the status is set in the same place, and the people who asked are emailed from it. There is nothing to copy across.
Every teammate has a personal queue called My inbox. It holds each idea with something new since they last marked it done: a new idea, a customer comment, a colleague's reply or note, or a status change. Filters narrow it to Unread, New ideas, New activity, Mentions, Replied by me and Following.
Yes. When a status changes, Kjerr asks whether to email the author and the voters or to change it quietly. Use the quiet option for housekeeping and the email for news people are waiting for.
No. AI merge scans the board and suggests groups of ideas that say the same thing, showing the full text of each. A teammate picks the idea to keep and the status to keep, and approves or dismisses the suggestion. Each teammate can run 2 scans a day.
Yes. A Translate button on the idea card turns one idea into your workspace language, up to 30 ideas a day per teammate, and a board can translate every idea automatically. The multilingual feedback page explains both.
Kjerr is free during early access, with every feature included and no credit card. When paid plans arrive they will be priced per workspace, never per admin seat and never per tracked user, so the number of people who post, vote or comment never changes the bill.
