Suggestions in the open
Each suggestion has a title, details and up to 5 files. Everyone allowed in can read it, comment and vote. It is a feedback board pointed at your own people.
Kjerr works as a digital suggestion box for a company or a customer base: people post ideas on a board, vote on each other's, and get an email when the status changes. Limit sign-in to your own email domain and it becomes an employee suggestion box nobody outside can open.
A box on the wall fails because nobody sees what went in or what came of it. An online suggestion box fixes both, as long as ideas are visible, ranked and answered.

Under consideration, Planned, In Development, Shipped, Declined by default. Rename them to fit, for example Accepted and Done. Declined, with a reason, counts as an answer.
A status change or a reply emails the person who suggested it and everyone who voted. That is the feedback loop, closed.
For ideas from inside the company the board has to be closed to outsiders and effortless for colleagues. Three settings do it.
Kjerr is a board with votes and answers. If you need one of these, look elsewhere:
Companies that want suggestions from employees or customers in one visible place, with an answer on each. Colleagues in several countries can each read the board in their own language; see multilingual feedback. For requests about a product, the same board collects feature requests.
A digital suggestion box is a web page where employees or customers post ideas, in place of a slot in a wall. The good ones also show what others suggested, let people vote, and report back on what happened to each idea.
No. Every post, vote and comment belongs to a signed-in person with an email address. Other visitors see a display name and never the address; your team sees who posted. If anonymity is the point, a form tool is the better fit.
Yes. Make the board members-only and list your email domains. Only people with an address at those domains can sign up or sign in, and nobody else can read the board.
None that matters. An idea box is the same thing under a name that sounds less like complaints. Both collect proposals from the people closest to the work and both fail the same way, when nobody answers.
A form collects suggestions into a sheet only the organiser sees. A board shows every suggestion to everyone allowed in, ranks them by votes, and emails the author and the voters when the status changes.
Kjerr is free during early access, with every feature included and no credit card. When paid plans arrive they will be priced per workspace, never per admin seat and never per tracked user, so the number of people who post, vote or comment never changes the bill.
