Team member roles
Every person you invite gets one role. Roles nest: each can do everything the one below it can. The person who created the workspace is its owner — an admin who can make other owners or hand the workspace over. A workspace always keeps at least one owner.

Full access: billing, inviting and managing the team, every idea and all private content.
Administers ideas — changes status, replies, edits, merges — and sees private content. No billing, team or ownership changes.
Submits ideas and votes on behalf of customers, and sees private content. No admin or settings access.
Sees private ideas, internal notes and who asked for what. Cannot change anything.
Sees the public board only. No voting, commenting or admin access.
Public voting and commenting on your board is done by your customers, not your team — a read-only teammate sees the board exactly as a visitor does. Invite people from Settings → Team.
