- Dropdown, number or date fields on ideas (the idea form takes one-line and paragraph fields)

- AI that writes to your customers: no auto-tagging, generated replies or support agent. AI does five jobs: suggesting duplicates for a teammate to approve, translating, sorting feedback into Insights that link back to every idea they count, proposing RICE scores on the internal roadmap, and AutoFlow, which reads recorded customer calls and suggests ideas and merges (your own AI assistant can read the board through the MCP server)

How much does Kjerr cost?
Kjerr is free during early access, with every feature included and no credit card. When paid plans arrive they will be priced per workspace, never per admin seat and never per tracked user, so the number of people who post, vote or comment never changes the bill.
Is there a free plan?
During early access the whole product is the free plan. There is no feature gating, no tracked-user limit and no seat count.
How will Kjerr be priced later?
Per workspace: one flat price for one board, its team and its users, however many admins or voters it has. Pricing per admin seat or per tracked user is ruled out. Early-access workspaces will be told before anything changes.
Do I need a credit card?
No. Sign up with an email address, name the workspace, and the board is live at yourname.kjerr.io about a minute later.
Are there usage limits?
An account can hold 10 workspaces. Ideas, votes, members and topics are unlimited. Each idea or comment carries up to 5 files of 10 MB. Rate limits exist only to stop abuse.
How do plan changes work today?
By email to hello@kjerr.io; the Kjerr team handles plan changes and invoices by hand for now. Only workspace admins see the Billing page.
