A product feedback tool
that answers people.

Kjerr is a customer-feedback tool for collecting feature requests on a public board or in a widget on your own site, letting users vote, triaging feedback in one inbox, pulling feedback out of recorded customer calls with AI, scoring priorities on a team-only internal roadmap and notifying users by email when a request changes status or ships. It intentionally excludes help centers, AI-written replies and surveys beyond a single NPS card. Product teams use it as their product feedback tool and user feedback board in one: requests come in, votes rank them, and nobody who asked is left without an answer.

Kjerr at a glance

Every value on this card is true of the product today. When something changes, this card changes with it.

What this product feedback software does

Feedback boardA public board at yourname.kjerr.io where customers submit ideas, vote, comment and attach screenshots and files. Reading and searching need no account.
Duplicate detection and mergeSimilar ideas appear while someone types a title, with a vote button beside each. Admins merge duplicates: votes de-duplicate, comments move and the old URL redirects.
AI mergeA scan reads every idea on the board and suggests groups of duplicates with their full text. A teammate picks the idea to keep and approves or dismisses each suggestion; nothing merges on its own.
InsightsWith a switch per board, AI reads every idea and the customers' comments on it and sorts what they say into observations (problems and requests), strengths (what people value) and themes, ranked by how many distinct people are behind each. Every count opens the ideas and quotes it came from.
RoadmapIdeas grouped by status in four columns: Under consideration, Planned, In Development and Shipped. Statuses can be renamed, recoloured and reordered, and each visitor sorts the columns by most voted or newest.
Announcements (changelog)Product update posts with categories, emoji reactions, comments, search by text and date, and a verified email subscription.
Close-the-loop emailsA status change or an admin reply emails the idea's author and every voter under your workspace name, with a one-click unsubscribe. Votes never send email, and a teammate can change a status without the email when it is only housekeeping.
Admin inboxOne triage screen for the team and a personal queue for each teammate: My inbox, All ideas and Done. Follow an idea, @-mention a colleague, and work with keyboard shortcuts, replies with attachments, internal notes, private tags and drafts that survive a misclick.
Users & CompaniesEveryone who posted, voted or commented, with their activity, company, plan and MRR from Identify claims. Saved segments, merge with undo, GDPR delete, JSON export.
ReportsFeedback volume over time and by source, time to ship, awaiting-response counts, breakdowns by status, topic and source, top submitters and top responders. Every chart links into the inbox and exports CSV and PNG.
WorkspacesOne login, up to ten separate workspaces, each with its own board, inbox, team and settings. Deleted workspaces can be restored for 30 days.
Team rolesSix roles from Owner to Read-only, with a public permission matrix at /docs/roles, invitations by email and an audit log.
Single sign-on and IdentifyYour product signs an HS256 JWT and users arrive on the board logged in, carrying company, plan, MRR, language and country. The same claims can be posted server to server.
WidgetA launcher on your own site, a badge, a button or a side tab, opens the board in a side panel: ideas, roadmap and announcements, with a count of unread announcements. Two script tags to install, six colour palettes, your own CSS, and several widgets per workspace.
NPS surveyA card the widget shows on your own site: how likely are you to recommend us, 0 to 10, then one follow-up worded for promoters, passives or detractors. Delay, page rules, who is asked and the cadence are yours to set; Reports shows the score, the split, the trend and every comment, and a detractor's answer can email the team.
Custom domainPut the board on your own address, like feedback.yourcompany.com: one CNAME record, a free HTTPS certificate fetched automatically, and the yourname.kjerr.io address keeps working and sends visitors over.
API and webhooksA REST API at /api/v1 reads and changes ideas, statuses, comments, votes, people, companies, topics and announcements with a secret key from Settings → API; read-only keys too. Signed webhooks (Standard Webhooks) tell your server when an idea, comment or vote changes.
Internal roadmapTeam-only roadmaps, one or several, that score ideas with RICE (Reach × Impact × Confidence ÷ Effort) or factors and weights you define, with the votes, companies and MRR behind each idea beside the score. An effort budget draws the line where it runs out; AI can propose scores a teammate applies or dismisses; saved views share as read-only links. Nothing on it is shown to customers.
TopicsPublic tags voters put on ideas, with a per-idea limit and a rule for who may assign them. Optional colour-coding from 52 colours, and an optional Topic map section that charts how many ideas each topic holds.
Idea formThe Suggest an idea form is yours to edit: labels, placeholders, which fields are required, and up to eight extra one-line or paragraph fields beside the title and details.
Board access and crawlingEach board is public or members-only, can limit sign-in to your own email domains, and chooses whether search engines, AI crawlers, or nobody may index it.
Themes and languagesFifteen colour themes, four text sizes, and a board language of English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, German, French, Polish, Arabic, Korean, Italian or Romanian that each visitor can switch.
Automatic translationIdeas are translated into all eleven board languages as they are added, so each visitor reads the board in their own language. Comments, topic names and status names can be translated too. Switches per workspace, off by default.
Screenshots and filesUp to five files of 10 MB each on any idea or comment: images, PDF, EML, TXT, LOG, CSV, JSON, HAR, ZIP, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and MP4. Images can be pasted or dropped.
ImportsIdeas from a Canny CSV export keep their dates, votes, statuses and authors. A changelog from AnnounceKit moves over post by post with its text, category, publication date and pictures; drafts stay drafts. Both are loaded for you by a person at Kjerr.
MCP serverClaude, ChatGPT, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot and other MCP clients connect to https://kjerr.io/mcp with OAuth 2.1 and read ideas, votes, comments and statistics through seven read-only tools. Switched on per workspace under Settings → Integrations.
Meeting recordersFireflies, Fathom and tl;dv connect with their API key. Kjerr pulls each recorded meeting with its summary, action items and transcript, and AI lists the feedback customers gave in it; a teammate adds each point to the board as an idea, or skips it.
AutoFlowAI reads the connected sources and suggests ideas (new features, bugs, pricing, usability) and duplicate merges in one inbox, reviewed by a teammate or published automatically with Undo. One credit per meeting read or duplicate check, from a free monthly allowance.

What Kjerr leaves out, on purpose

A feedback tool that also wants to be a roadmap planner, a help center and an AI assistant ends up being none of them well. Kjerr does collection, voting, triage and follow-up. These are not on the list, and are not coming as hidden add-ons:

  • Dates, ETAs or scores on the public roadmap (those live on the team-only internal roadmap; customers see statuses)
  • Dropdown, number or date fields on ideas (the idea form takes one-line and paragraph fields)
  • Surveys other than NPS: no polls, CSAT or custom questionnaires
  • A help center or knowledge base
  • AI that writes to your customers: no auto-tagging, generated replies or support agent. AI does five jobs: suggesting duplicates for a teammate to approve, translating, sorting feedback into Insights that link back to every idea they count, proposing RICE scores on the internal roadmap, and AutoFlow, which reads recorded customer calls and suggests ideas and merges (your own AI assistant can read the board through the MCP server)
  • Built-in apps for Jira, Linear, Slack, Zapier, Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot or Salesforce (the REST API, signed webhooks and the MCP server connect them today)

How it works, end to end

  1. Someone asks. A customer opens yourname.kjerr.io, types a title, sees similar ideas while typing, and either votes for one or posts a new idea with details, screenshots and files. The first post, vote or comment confirms their email once; SSO users skip even that.
  2. Others vote. Votes and comments accumulate on one idea, not five duplicates, because the suggester runs before the post exists and admins can merge afterwards.
  3. You triage. Each teammate's inbox lists what is new for them. Reply, add an internal note, tag, set a topic, change status, or merge, with keyboard shortcuts for all of it.
  4. Status changes. Planned, In Development, Shipped, or a status you named yourself. The roadmap updates at once.
  5. Everyone hears back. The author and every voter get an email under your workspace name within seconds, with one-click unsubscribe. Votes alone never send email.
  6. You learn what to build. Users & Companies shows who asked and what they pay; Reports shows what came in, how fast it shipped and what nobody has answered; Insights, if you switch it on, sorts the ideas into observations and themes ranked by the people behind them.

Each part in detail: the feature request software, the product roadmap tool, the changelog tool, the feedback tracker the team works in, and the idea that ties them together, closing the customer feedback loop. Boards for more than one market are covered under multilingual feedback. The short version is on the home page of the feedback management tool, and the alternatives are in feedback tools compared.

Questions, answered plainly.

What is Kjerr?

Kjerr is a customer-feedback tool for collecting feature requests on a public board or in a widget on your own site, letting users vote, triaging feedback in one inbox, pulling feedback out of recorded customer calls with AI, scoring priorities on a team-only internal roadmap and notifying users by email when a request changes status or ships. It intentionally excludes help centers, AI-written replies and surveys beyond a single NPS card.

Who is Kjerr for?

Product teams at SaaS companies of any size, from startups to enterprise, that want a public feedback board, a team-only roadmap scored with RICE, and reliable follow-up emails without a help-desk suite or a per-seat bill.

What does Kjerr cost?

Kjerr is free during early access, with every feature included and no credit card. When paid plans arrive they will be priced per workspace, never per admin seat and never per tracked user, so the number of people who post, vote or comment never changes the bill.

Where does a Kjerr board live?

At a subdomain you choose, yourname.kjerr.io, about a minute after you sign up. You can move it to your own domain, like feedback.yourcompany.com, with one DNS record.

Does Kjerr have a roadmap?

Yes, a simple one: ideas grouped by status in four columns, Under consideration, Planned, In Development and Shipped. Visitors sort each column by most voted or newest. Scores and ETAs live on the team-only internal roadmap; the public one shows statuses, never dates.

Does Kjerr have a changelog?

Yes. The Announcements section is a changelog with categories, emoji reactions, comments and a verified email subscription. Publishing a post can email subscribers.

What integrations does Kjerr have?

A REST API and signed webhooks, single sign-on from your own product with a signed HS256 JWT, an Identify API for company, plan and MRR, a JavaScript SDK, an MCP server for AI assistants, and imports from a Canny CSV export or an AnnounceKit changelog. There are no native Jira, Linear, Slack or Zapier integrations; the API and webhooks connect them if you build the glue.

Does Kjerr use AI?

AI does five jobs in Kjerr. It suggests duplicate ideas for a teammate to approve. It translates ideas, comments, topics and statuses. It sorts what customers say into observations, strengths and themes in Insights, each linked to the ideas and quotes it was counted from. It proposes a RICE score per idea on the internal roadmap, with a one-line reason, that a teammate applies or dismisses. And AutoFlow, Kjerr's counterpart to Canny Autopilot, reads calls recorded in Fireflies, Fathom or tl;dv, suggests the feature requests, bugs, pricing and usability points customers raised, and checks new ideas for duplicates; a teammate approves each one, or AutoFlow publishes them with Undo. Merges always need a click. It does not tag ideas or write replies.

Can a Kjerr board be read in other languages?

Yes. The board comes in 11 languages and each visitor picks theirs. With automatic translation switched on, every idea is translated into each of them as it is added.

How do I reach the Kjerr team?

Email hello@kjerr.io. A person answers.

Does Kjerr work without JavaScript?

Yes. Every page is server-rendered HTML; scripts only add the live duplicate suggester, the no-reload admin pane, keyboard shortcuts and draft saving.

Give your users an answer.

Kjerr is free during early access, with every feature included and no credit card. When paid plans arrive they will be priced per workspace, never per admin seat and never per tracked user, so the number of people who post, vote or comment never changes the bill.
