Change a status, with or without the email

1. Open the idea and click a status in the Status card, or press its number key.
2. If you want to say why, type a note first. It is posted as a public comment from the team and included in the email.
3. Kjerr asks: Change and email them, Change without email or Cancel.

Either way the status changes, and the roadmap follows at once.

When to email and when not

• Email for news people are waiting for: planned, in development, shipped, declined.
• Change quietly for housekeeping: fixing a status set by mistake, or tidying old ideas.

Who gets the email

The idea's author and every voter whose address is confirmed and who has not unsubscribed. The idea's card shows the number before you decide.
