A tour of the admin
What each item in the top bar is for, and where to find the workspace switcher, your profile and the public board.
Everything a team does in Kjerr happens in the admin. The public board is what your customers see; the admin is where you read and answer them.
The top bar
| Item | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Inbox | Every idea, with a personal queue for each teammate. The number beside it counts what you have not read. |
| Announcements | Your changelog: write, publish and email product updates. |
| Internal roadmap | Team-only roadmaps that score ideas with RICE or your own factors, with the votes and MRR beside each score. Customers never see it. |
| Users & Companies | Everyone who posted, voted or commented, and the companies they belong to. |
| Reports | What came in, how fast it shipped and what still has no answer. |
| Insights | What the feedback adds up to: observations, strengths and themes, once an admin switches it on. |
| Settings | The board, the team and your own account. |
| View board | Opens the public board in a new tab. |
You only see the items your role can open. A Read-only member sees the public board and nothing else.
The workspace switcher
The name of the workspace at the left of the top bar is a menu. It lists every workspace you belong to with your role in each, and has + Create workspace at the bottom. See Switch between and create workspaces.
Your initials
The round badge with your initials opens your profile, where you change your name, job title and password. Sign out is at the bottom of the Settings sidebar.
