Add an idea or a vote for a customer

Put a request that reached you by email, chat or phone on the board under the customer's name, or add their vote to an idea.

Add an idea

  1. In the inbox, click + Add idea for a customer.
  2. Enter the Customer's email. Their name is optional.
  3. Write the Idea in one line, and add Details if you have them.
  4. Click Add idea.

The idea is posted under the customer's name, with their vote counted. In Reports it shows as “Added by team”.

Add a vote

When the request already exists, open that idea and find Vote on behalf of a customer in the sidebar. Enter their email and click Add vote. If they had voted already, nothing is counted twice.
