Delete or restore a workspace

What deleting a workspace does, how to do it, and how an owner brings it back within 30 days.

Delete

  1. Open SettingsGeneral and find Delete this workspace. The card lists what it holds: ideas, members, voters, announcements.
  2. Type “delete workspace” in the field.
  3. Click Proceed.

Restore

For 30 days nothing is lost. Every owner gets an email with a restore link, and the switcher shows the workspace under Recently deleted with a Restore button.

A restored workspace comes back exactly as it was: ideas, votes, team and settings. Invitations that were revoked are not sent again.

After 30 days the workspace is removed for good.
