AutoFlow: suggested ideas from your sources
AI reads your connected sources and suggests ideas and merges in one inbox. Review each one, or let it publish by itself. Free credits every month.
AutoFlow reads the sources you connect under SettingsIntegrations (meeting recorders for now) and turns the feedback in them into suggestions: ideas to add to the board, and likely duplicates to merge. It sits in the top menu, with the number waiting for you.
The inbox
Each suggested idea carries its type, where it came from and the words it rests on. Edit the title or details if you like, then Approve to create the idea or Dismiss to drop it. A duplicate suggestion shows the new idea next to the one it repeats: Merge moves its votes and comments across, Keep separate leaves both. Done lists everything handled.
Settings
- Feedback types: which kinds AutoFlow extracts. New feature, Bug, Pricing, Usability.
- Public actions: Manual, and every suggestion waits for your click; or Automated, and new ideas are published as they are found, with Undo beside each in Done.
- Publish to board: whether approved ideas are created at all.
- Idea deduplication: check every new idea, from any source, against the board. Merges always wait for your click.
Credits
Every meeting read and every duplicate check costs one credit. Credits are free during early access: each workspace gets a monthly allowance, shown on the Credits tab with what was spent. When the allowance is gone, reading pauses until the first of the next month. Reading also pauses while more than a hundred suggestions wait unreviewed.
