Search, filter and sort the inbox

Search

Type in the search box, or press / to jump to it, then click Filter. Search reads the full text of ideas, and the last word matches as you type it, so “expor” finds “export”.

Filters

• Any status narrows the list to one status.
• Any tag narrows it to one of your private tags. Clicking a tag on an idea does the same.
• Both need the Filter button to apply.

Sort

Unread first, Latest activity, Newest comments, Most commented, Most voted or Newest. The order changes as soon as you pick one.

Newest comments puts the idea with the most recent public comment on top, from a customer or a teammate. Internal notes, votes and status changes don't move it. Ideas without comments come last.

Most commented puts the idea with the most public comments on top, customers' and teammates' together. Internal notes don't count.

Trash and merged ideas

On the All ideas tab, the Showing menu switches between Live ideas, Trash (deleted ideas and spam) and Merged (ideas folded into another).

Arriving from Reports

Clicking a chart in Reports opens the inbox on exactly the ideas behind it: a topic, a source, a company, a date range, or ideas awaiting a response. The filter shows as a chip above the list, with × to clear it and a link back to Reports.
