The people list

One row per person: name or email, votes, posts, comments, companies and when they were last active. Teammates carry a Team chip.

• Search by name, email or company.
• Filter by date range and by activity: feedback, votes or comments.
• Sort by recent activity, name, posts or votes.

Segments

A segment is a saved set of filters. Set the filters, open the ⚙ beside User segment, name it and Save. It then appears in the segment menu for the whole team.

A person's page

Their activity in order, each item opening in the inbox, and a profile: where they came from, email, language, country, company and when they were last seen. From here you can also invite them to your team.

Companies

A person is linked to a company in one of three ways:

• Your product says so, through single sign-on or Identify, along with the plan and MRR.
• You assign one by hand on the person's page, or create it with + Company.
• Kjerr suggests one from the email domain and you Confirm. It never suggests one for free mail providers.

A company's page shows its domain, plan, MRR, people and everything they asked for.
