Mentions, Follow and Mark done

Bring a colleague into an idea with an @-mention, keep an eye on an idea with Follow, and clear your queue with Mark done.

Mention a colleague

  1. In a public reply, an internal note or a status note, type @ and the first letters of their name, or click @ Mention.
  2. Pick them from the list with the arrow keys and Enter.
  3. Send the reply or save the note.

They find the idea under My inboxMentions, marked “Mentioned you”, and get an email unless they have switched that notification off.

Follow

Follow on an idea's card keeps it in My inboxFollowing whatever happens, even after you mark it done. Click Following to stop.

Mark done

Mark done, or e, takes the idea out of My inbox until something new happens on it. Click Done to put it back.
